SAIL JYOTI Galvanised Plain (GP) Sheets are manufactured at Bokaro and Rourkela Steel Plants using advanced Hot Dip Galvanising technology, ensuring superior corrosion resistance and long service life. Conforming to IS 277/2018 standards, these sheets are available in thicknesses ranging from 0.35 mm to 2.0 mm and widths up to 1560 mm, with zinc coating weights between 80 g/m² and 600 g/m². The product range includes multiple grades such as Ordinary GP, Drawing (GPL), Deep Drawing (GPD), and structural grades like GP230, GP250, GP275, GP300, GP350 (Class 1 & 2), GP450, and GP550, offering yield strengths up to 700 MPa. Options include dull finish, chromic acid passivation, and zero-spangle surfaces, making them ideal for roofing, ducting, bus bodies, silos, solar structures, and household applications.
